Need some advice for a self-improvement business idea

Hey guys,

I recently made a blog and started writing about lifestyle- and self-improvement. I got several assignments to choose from for business school and one of the options was to work on your own business.

This is the perfect oppurtunity to strart working on a self-improvement business idea. I was thinking about developing a planner with self-improvement assignments, but I've seen stuff like that before (passionplanner, progress planner, lavendaire artist of life workbook). Maybe the market is already too saturated. I love creating content about self-improvement. So I definetely want to make something that could help people. What do you guys think?

I would love some advice about this market and whether it is realistic for me start this business.

I also have a hard time doing branding for my blog and getting recognition. I'm going to start making YT-video's soon. Maybe that will help.

Thankyou!

The market is 'saturated' with supply. Rarely is demand thoroughly and completely met. There are just a lot of idiots occupying space rather than competitors.

Self improvement shouldn't be too much different from shirts or dropship -- just stop fixating on supply. Look at demand.

How well do you figure that works with a Build First, Ask Questions Later approach? Problem being everybody wants to help people ... there are never any people required before the 'help' is completed. This insures it will not be helpful.

Please don't build it and they will come with a self improvement course or product. In a pandemic during a super recession -- I feel confident you can find some people who need help. The sheltering movement is like a garden of self improvement demand.

Everybody wants to go to some market space they can skip into and pick low hanging fruit. Hopefully there will be some for them on the ground because I swear they are lazy fuckers.

And your post sounds like you'd like somebody to do your homework right now. Best conduct proper research using the skill any eighth grader should have mastered. Get thee to a search engine.
