My partner works for a small company (sells CDs, Vinyls, Video Games, Movies, Etc) and they sent out an email to everyone in the company asking them to fill out an EICF form for them to get a small business grant (Heres the email)
Just wondering if this is a normal thing and something she would have to fill out. Just odd its asking for her household income and stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated!

It was a PDF that looked like a regular form. Had a chart for the income section and a bottom print that said any info is subject to verification from the HUD and its being sent to Topeka Ks

Contact that office then and ask if the form is legit and why they need that information if the loan is for your employer.
The email they sent and form doesnt have any office address or name on it the bottom of the email says
